Abstract:

Práce je věnována klinické supervizi v ošetřovatelství. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit a popsat vnímání klinické supervize v prostředí českého ošetřovatelství z pohledu všeobecných sester, jež se supervize účastnily opakovaně. A odhalit jejich zkušenosti se supervizí, včetně případných bariér účastí na supervizi. Data pro kvalitativní výzkum byla získána prostřednictvím nestandardizovaných individuálních rozhovorů a analyzována metodou interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo devět všeobecných sester s aktuálním pracovním poměrem ve zdravotnictví nebo v oblasti sociálních služeb, které absolvovaly alespoň pět supervizí. Supervizi přijímali lépe ti participanti, kteří disponovali poznatky o supervizi v době před zahájením její realizace a chápali cíle, funkce a smysl supervize. Pozitivněji přijímali supervizi participanti s vysokoškolským vzděláním, kteří prvotní informace k problematice supervize, získali již během studia na vysoké škole ještě před svojí první osobní účastí na supervizi. Někteří participanti nedisponovali před zahájením supervize ani bazálními informacemi o supervizi. Absence informací vedla k nepochopení supervize a jeví se jako možná bariéra účasti na supervizi. Zvládnutá a dobře připravená realizace supervize ovlivnila její přijetí v celé organizaci. Byl zaznamenán dominový efekt supervize. Supervize byla zprostředkovaně prospěšná i klientům těch, kteří supervizi pravidelně absolvovali. Všeobecné sestry vnímaly klinickou supervizi veskrze pozitivně. Pro zdárnou implementaci klinické supervize do praxe všeobecných sester se jako přínosné jeví vzdělávat manažery v problematice supervizní práce tak, aby byly schopni poskytovat informace svým podřízeným, umožnit příjemcům supervize ovlivnit podobu supervizního kontraktu, implementovat do supervizního kontraktu nultá supervizní setkání s cílem vyjasnit funkce, cíle, náměty supervizí.

Abstract:

This work deals with clinical supervision in nursing. This research aim was to describe and analyze the perception of clinical supervision in the Czech nursing environment from the point of view of the nurses who took part in supervisions repeatedly, and to uncover their experience with supervision, including possible barriers which would obstruct supervisions. The data for the qualitative research were gained from non-standardized individual interviews and they were analyzed with the method of interpretative phenomenological analysis. Nine nurses who were currently employed in health or social services and who took part in at least five of the supervisions were included in the research. The supervision was better accepted by those participants who had already had some knowledge about supervision before the start of it, and who could understand goals, functions and the sense of the supervision. Participants with university degree accepted the supervision more positively as they had gained some knowledge about supervision at university before their personal participation in supervision. Some of the participants had not known anything about supervision before. The absence of information resulted in misunderstanding of supervision and hence it occurs to be a barrier for supervision participation. The supervision which was well-prepared and conducted affected its acceptance in the whole organization. We have recorded a domino effect of supervision. The supervision was indirectly beneficial to clients of those who had regularly participated in supervision. The clinical supervision was perceived as mostly positive by the nurses. For successful implementation of clinical supervision into nurses 'care it is vital to educate managers in the supervision issues so that they are able to provide relevant information to their employees, to let supervision participants influence their supervision contract scheme, to implement pre-supervision meeting into the supervision contract to clarify the functions, aims and subject of supervision.
