Cílem práce bylo zjistit potenciální vztah mezi styly vedení, motivací zaměstnanců a pracovním výkonem ve velké nadnárodní společnosti. Výzkum byl zaměřen na konkrétní oddělení v rámci case společnosti, které pomohlo provést výzkum velmi praktickým způsobem s využitím kvalitativních i kvantitativních metod. The aim of the thesis was to discover the potential relation between leadership styles, employee motivation and job performance in a large multinational company.
