Increasing of efficiency using means of strategic engineering
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce zpracovává problematiku sanace zvyšování výkonnosti strategické jednotky Železáren Hrádku v rámci podniku Železárny Veselí a.s. Hodnotí externí a interní analýzu podniku a na základě těchto a strategické analýzy vytváří plán sanace strategické jednotky. Dále zpracovává její střednědobý strategický plán a parametrizuje metriky hodnocení jeho úspěšnosti.
Abstract:
This diploma work is concerned with increasing of efficiency for the strategic plan of the strategic business unit Železárny Hrádek in company Železárny Veselí a.s. It evaluates external and internal analysis of company and on basics of strategic analysis and others creates plan for revitalization of the strategic unit.
