Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma fúze a akvizice a jejich aplikaci v českém bankovním sektoru. Cílem práce je analyzovat situaci firem před fúzí a následně komparovat data s výsledky po fúzi. This thesis focuses on the topic of mergers and acquisitions and their application in the Czech banking sector.
