Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením tržní hodnoty podniku Amati – Denak, s.r.o. k 1. 1. 2017. Na úvod je oceňovaná společnost představena. Následuje strategická analýza, která vymezuje celkový výnosový potenciál podniku. Dalším krokem je analýza finanční, která prověřuje finanční zdraví společnosti. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to estimate the market value of the company Amati – Denak, s.r.o. At the beginning, the valuated company is introduced. This introduction is followed by a strategic analysis which examines overall yield potential of the enterprise. Next step is a financial analysis which evaluates a financial health of the company.
