Charita Identity And Its Preservation

Abstract:

V centru pozornosti práce je identita Charity a opatření, která pro její udržení realizují manažeři Charit. Jako nástroj pro udržení její identity vidí autor vhodně utvářenou kulturu organizace. První část práce se zabývá popisem pojmu identita organizace. Další část se zabývá kulturou organizace jako nástrojem pro udržení a rozvoj žádoucí identity. Po části, která popisuje vztah mezi kulturou a identitou, následuje popis identity Charity. Mezi jednotlivými charakteristikami identity autor přisuzuje zvláštní význam odbornosti, formovanému srdci a jejich propojení. V empirické části popisuje autor opatření manažerů na utváření kultury organizace, jež mají podpořit utváření kultury příznivé pro uchování identity Charity. Manažerská opatření mají kulturu Charity utvářet tak, aby vytvářela podmínky pro růst odbornosti zaměstnanců, formaci srdce a propojení obou oblastí. Účinnost těchto opatření významně ovlivňuje postoj zaměstnanců. Proto je nutné, aby manažeři i zaměstnanci dobře porozuměli jednotlivým charakteristikám identity organizace, v které pracují. V závěru autor uvádí, že manažeři realizují opatření, která vedou k žádoucími pohybu v identitě Charity a k utváření podmínek pro udržení žádoucí identity. K větší účinnosti manažerských opatření vzhledem k utváření propojení odbornosti a formovaného srdce by přispělo kdyby se podařilo koncipovat opaření na ovlivnění kultury tak, aby vedla k rovnocennému vnímání významu odbornosti, formovaného srdce a jejich vzájemného propojení.

Abstract:

The focus of this dissertation work is the identity of Charity and mechanisms for its preservation that are realized by Charita managers. As a tool to maintain its identity the author considers properly shaped organizational culture. The first part of the work deals with the description of the organizational identity. The next section describes the organizational culture as a tool for articulation and reinforcement the desired identity. The following section describes the relationship between culture and identity and is followed by a description of the identity of Charity. Among the individual characteristics of the identity the author attaches the particular importance to the professional competence , formation of the heart and their interconnection. It is necessary for the managers and employees to understand to the identity characteristics. In the end the author presents his findings. The managers implement mechanisms that support the desired identity of Charita. If the managers implemented mechanisms for change of organizational culture with greater respect to balanced understanding importance of the professional competence, formation of the heart and their interconnection, the efficiency of their effort would be higher.
