Práce se zabývá působením cukrovaru České Meziříčí na obyvatelstvo Českého Meziříčí a okolí. Okolí je vymezeno na obce a města do 5 km od Českého Meziříčí. Do okolí spadá Králova Lhota, Rohenice, Mokré a Pohoří. Cukrovar v Českém Meziříčí spolu s cukrovarem v Dobrovici tvoří dvojici jediných funkčních cukrovarů v Čechách. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is about the sugar factory in České Meziříčí and his affection on inhabitant of this town and surroundings. By surroundings it is meant the town and other town about 5 km of České Meziříčí. These towns are for example Králova Lhota, Rohenice, Morké and Pohoří.
