Investment strategies of assets investment

Abstract:

The aim of my thesis is to look for possibilities of more effective forms of investment in mutual funds in various stages of the economic cycle and analyze them. The issue of how investing in different periods of economic development and particularly at the stage of high volatility in stock markets is very interesting and now also very current topical. In this document, we focus on collective investment, its advantages and disadvantages, the choice of investment strategy, which depends mainly on the determination of the investment horizon, the expected return and risk tolerance. To determine the most appropriate investment strategy, we tested a specific fund with real investment and we compared its performance for different periods.

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce je hľadať možnosti a analyzovať efektívnejšie formy investovania v rámci podielových fondov v rôznych etapách hospodárskeho cyklu. Problematika spôsobu investovania v rôznych obdobiach ekonomického vývoja a najmä v etape vysokého kolísania akciových trhov je veľmi zaujímavá a v súčasnosti aj aktuálna. V práci sa zameriavame podrobnejšie na kolektívne investovanie, na jeho výhody, nevýhody, voľbu investičnej stratégie, ktorá je závislá predovšetkým na určení investičného horizontu, očakávaného výnosu a vzťahu k riziku. Na zistenie najvhodnejšej investičnej stratégie sme otestovali konkrétny fond s reálnym investovaním a porovnali jeho výkonnosť za rôzne obdobia.
