Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit systém finančního řízení fondů Evropské unie v České republice v období 2007 ? 2013. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části stručně popisuji regionální politiku a její financování v rámci EU, fondy EU, operační programy, role jednotlivých institucí v systému implementace fondů EU a pravidlo n+3/n+2. Abstract:
The main point of Bachelor thesis is to analyze and to asses finance control system of EU funds in the Czech Republic in 2007-2013 period. The labour is dividend to two parts. In teoretical part I briefly describe regional policy and financial within the EU, funds of EU, operations programs, roles of each other institution in implementation EU funds system and n+3/n+2 rule.
