Correction of movement stereotypes in karate as prevention of lower limb injuries

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vzniku poranění dolních končetin u karate v důsledku vadných pohybových stereotypů. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část popisuje anatomii dolních končetin. Druha část je zaměřena na základy karate a základní postoje s jejich provedením a s popisem nejčastějších chyb, které se u nich vyskytuji. Praktická část probíhala formou terapie u šesti karatistu různého věku a různé úrovně karate, kteří docházeli na dvanáct schůzek. V rámci terapie bylo provedeno u všech vstupní vyšetření pro diagnostiku problémů a vybraní vhodné terapie. Nakonec bylo provedeno kontrolní vyšetření na zhodnoceni terapie.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of lower limb injuries in karate due to faulty movement stereotypes. The theoretical part is divided into two parts. The first part describes the anatomy of the lower limbs. The second part focuses on the basics of karate and the basic stances with their execution and description of the most common mistakes. The practical part took the form of therapy with six karate players of different ages and different levels of karate who attended twelve sessions. As part of the therapy, an initial examination was carried out on all of them to diagnose the problems and select the appropriate therapy. Finally, a follow-up examination was conducted to evaluate the therapy.
