Diplomová práce vychází především z metod fundamentální analýzy. Teoretická část seznamuje s možnými metodami stanovení ceny aktiva. Praktická část aplikuje předmět práce na skutečných datech společnosti Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. Charakterizuje podnik a vysvětluje jeho vztahy a okolní vlivy, které na něj mohou působit. The thesis goes out particularly from the methods of fundamental analysis. Teoretical part of the work introduces potential methods of appreciating assets. Practical part applies subject of the work on real data of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic company, describes the company and explains its relations and ambient effects that can ifluence it.
