Abstract:

Michalička Viktor, Životní cyklus vybraného podniku MND a.s. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Vedoucí práce Ing. Marie Poláchová, Ph.D. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě analýzy vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů identifikovat současnou fázi životního cyklu podniku MND a.s. V souvislosti s tím vyvodit doporučení pro zlepšení ekonomické situace podniku dle aktuální fáze životního cyklu podniku. Vymezení možných ekonomických dopadů návrhů. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis základních fází životního cyklu podniku, dále jsou popsány ukazatele identifikující aktuální fázi životního cyklu firmy a finanční analýza, prostřednictvím které hledám slabá místa ve finanční výkonnosti firmy. Praktická část se skládá z představení společnosti, analýzy ukazatelů identifikujících aktuální fázi životní cyklu podniku, na základě nich bude stanoveno, v jaké fázi se pravděpodobně podnik nachází. Dále bude následovat finanční analýza, která odhalí slabá místa ve finanční výkonnosti firmy a na základě těchto zjištění budou sestaveny návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení finanční situace podniku.

Marie Poláchová, Ph.D. The aim of the bachelor thesis is on the basis of the analysis the selected eco-nomic indicators is determining the phase of the life cycle of company MND a.s. In connection with it to draw recommendation of improving the economic situation of the company according to the current phase of the life cycle. Definition of possible economic impact of the proposal. The theoretical part is focus on description of basic phase of the life cycle of the company, then we describe indicators is determining the current phase of the life cycle and financial analyses, though I am looking for weak places in the financial situation of the company. The practical part consist of the performance of the company, the analysis in-dicators is determining the current phase of the life cycle of the company, accord-ing to the current phase of the life cycle will set the probable phase, in which the company is situated. Then will be described the financial analysis, which reveal the weak place in the financial situation of the company and on the basis of findings will draw up proposals and recommendation of improving financial situation of the company.
