The work deals with the comparison of the novel of Peter Jaros Millennial Bee and its film adaptation directed by Juraj Jakubisko. It focuses on specifics, critics, advantages and disadvantages of both versions and the differences between them.

Práca sa zaoberá porovnaním románu Petra Jaroša Tisícročná včela a jeho filmovej adaptácie režiséra Juraja Jakubiska. Zameriava sa na špecifiká, kritiky, výhody i nevýhody oboch verzií a na rozdiely medzi nimi.
