Práce se zabývá možnostmi zvýšení efektivity výrobního procesu, jenž malým a středním podnikům nabízí Průmysl 4.0 a štíhlá výroba. This bachelor thesis is about possibilities of increasing effectiveness of production process which is being achieved by implementing of Industry 4.0 and Lean methods.
