Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Institut vykázání v rámci domácího násilí nabízí vhled do problematiky domácího násilí na pozadí průřezu vývoje legislativy související s ochranou před domácím násilím. V návaznosti na legislativní ukotvení ochrany před domácím násilím vysvětluje princip institutu vykázání a zpracovává stručný nástin některých postupů Policie ČR. Nahlíží do právního prostředí ochrany před domácím násilí v sousedních zemích, na Slovensku, v Polsku a v Rakousku, a porovnává výsledky analýzy těchto legislativních úprav s nastaveným legislativním systémem v Česku. Získané informace a poznatky jsou podkladem pro zhodnocení změn návrhu nové právní úpravy týkající se institut vykázání, ochrany před domácím násilím.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis on the topic of the Institute of Expulsion in case of domestic violence provides insight into the issue of domestic violence against the backdrop of the development of legislation related to protection against domestic violence. Following the legislative anchoring of protection against domestic violence, it explains the principle of the Institute of Expulsion and outlines some of the procedures of the Czech Republic Police briefly. It looks into the legal protection environment against domestic violence in neighboring countries, such as Slovakia, Poland and Austria, and compares the results of the analysis of these legislative adjustments with the legislative system in Czech Republic. The acquired information and findings serve as a basis for evaluating changes in the proposal of new legislation concerning the Institute of Expulsion and protection against domestic violence.
