Abstract:
Antropologie práva studuje právo jako jev společný všem lidem a národům. Z hlediska časové perspektivy zkoumá minulé i přítomné národy. Snaží se odkrýt prvky,který se vyskytují ve všech právních systémech různých kultur.Antropologie práva nás může obohatit o poznatky týkající se jiných společností nám neznámých, jejich právních norem, obyčejů, soudních precedentů a dalších kontrolních systémů.
Abstract:
Anthropology of law is studying law as a phenomenon common to all peoples and nations. From terms of time perspective examines past and present nations. It seeks to uncover the elements that are present in all legal systems of different nations.Anhtropology of law can us enrich about the knowledge of the other companies are unknown, their laws, customs, judicial precedents and other monitoring systems
