Předmětem diplomové práce je rozbor produktu pojištění odpovědnosti podnikatelských rizik na českém pojistném trhu ve vztahu k jeho aplikaci na likvidaci pojistných událostí a praxi. The subject of diploma thesis is the analysis of commercial liability insurance on Czech market in its relation to claims handling processes and practical application. In the first part there are legal basis – both historical and present.
