The course of the selection procedure in the framework of the service and employment relationship
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá průběhem výběrového řízení služebního a pracovního poměru. Jsou zde specifikovány způsoby získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, popsány praktické postupy personalistů. Práce je také zaměřena na organizační strukturu finanční správy a vybrané obchodní společnosti. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny některé návrhy na zjednodušení výběrového řízení.
Abstract:
This piece of work deals with the process of both service and working employment. There are specified the ways of gaining and choosing employees, described practical proceedings of personnels. The work is also aimed to organizational structure of the financial administration and the selected business companies.
