Bakalářská práce se zprvu zabývá historickým vývojem. Dřívějšími technologickými provedeními lisů využívaných ve vinařstvích. Dále pojednává o lisech používaných v aktuální době, kde je kladen důraz na pneumatické lisy, jejich rozčlenění, design a moderní technologický vývoj.
