Current directions of the hedging investments in the households

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se bude věnovat problematice investování do tzv. zajišťovacích investic. Zajišťovací investice domácností jsou způsobem, jak uložit a zhodnotit peníze domácností s důrazem na jejich co nejnižší pravděpodobnost budoucího znehodnocení či ztráty. Proto těmito investicemi budou chápány především investice do nemovitostí, zlata a standardních státem podporovaných spořících produktů - stavební spoření, penzijní připojištění atd. V práci bude formulována řada otázek a hypotéz, jež se budou snažit zodpovědět otázku, kam lidé dnes nejčastěji z vybraných investic investují a jaké je k tomu vedou důvody. Také se pokusíme najít odpověď na otázku, zda se obecné vnímání a pohledy domácností na oblast investic do vybraných produktů v čase mění. K zodpovězení vybraných otázek a k potvrzení zvolených hypotéz bude proveden výzkum založený na shromáždění dat pomocí dotazníků a jejich následné kvantitativní analýze za pomocí metod popisné statistiky. Hypotézy bude nutné potvrdit za využití testování statistických hypotéz. V samotném závěru na základě výsledků analytické části práce dojde k nalezení tzv. ideálního zajišťovacího portfolia investora.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on problems of investing into securing investments. These securing investments are the means of depositing and increasing the value of money which households invest. The emphasis is placed on low probability of potential future devaluation or loss. Among securing investments we mainly understand the investments into properties, gold and standard (state supported) saving products e. g. building savings account, pension insurance etc. The diploma thesis deals with a lot of questions and hypotheses. One of them is where people invest the most and for what reasons. Another question this paper tries to answer is the possible change of perspective and perception of the selected households investments in time. To examine and confirm chosen questions and hypotheses was conveyed a research based on data collection from questionnaires and its following quantitative analysis. Other used methods include descriptive statistics. It is necessary to confirm the hypotheses also by statistical hypotheses testing. Summary of the thesis based on the results of the analytical part is to find ideal securing investor portfolio.
