Tato bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá rolí dobrovolníků v organizacích poskytujících sociální služby. Hlavním cílem práce je poukázat na rozmanitost podoby dobrovolnické role a podpořit úsilí, které je vynakládáno právě na upřesnění role dobrovolníků v prostředí sociálních služeb. This thesis studies the role of volunteers in organizations providing social services. Its main goal is to show the existing wide spectrum of volunteer work and to support the efforts to describe the role of volunteers in social services.
