Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou finančního řízení a finančního plánování u příspěvkových organizací. Kromě formulování obecně platných zásad finančního řízení se zaměřuje na možné a jejich možné i skutečné v praxi. This thesis deals with the questions of financial management and financial planning in subsidized organisations. In addition to the formulation of generally accepted principles of financial management it concentrates on possible as well as in practice.
