Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zmapovat a komparovat vinařství ve vybraném regionu v České republice. Rešeršní práce se bude vztahovat k vínu jako takovému v České Republice, k jeho historii a vývoji, ale také jaké odrůdy révy vinné se nejvíce pěstují a jaké technologie výroby vína používáme v naší zemi nejčastěji.V teoretické části je popsáno co je to víno, jaké jsou jeho druhy a také jak se pěstují odrůdy révy vinné, jaké se používají technologie a způsoby lisovní. Také se budeme zabývat nejzvámějšími odrůdami pěstovanými v České Republice nebo jak se hodnotí víno na soutěžích.V praktické části začneme popisem Velkopavlovické podoblastina druhy analýzy a podrobně popíšeme SWOT analýzu, kterou po té použijeme v praktické části. Hlavní přínos práce spočívá v komparativní analýze dvou vybraných vinařství. Jejich porovnáním z hlediska technologií, objemu výroby, ale také marketingových strategií. Je provedena analýza jejich silných a slabých stránek i jejich srovnání.

Abstract:

The aim of the work is to map market in Czech Republic, especially medium and small Wine market. Use marketing strategies and analyses and find out what is key to success on Wine market. Theoretical part of work will be mainly about wine in Czech Republic, history but also different varieties of wine and technology of making it.In theoretical part I will describe you what is wine and how is made, different types of wines but also different types of harvesting and producing the wine. I will describe what are the most known species of grapevine and how people from wine competitions rate the wine from viniculture. Secondly, we will describe types of analysis and we will describe SWOT analysis in detail.Main goal of work is analysing two different wine producers and compare them in many ways. For example, technology of production, quantity of production and marketing strategies. I will make analyses of strength and weakness and I will try to compare them.
