Práce se zabývá přes-hraničním použitím veřejných listin, ať už pro účely dokazování či výkonu. Ačkoli důkazní síla stejně jako vykonatelnost těchto listin je zásadně založena státem původu, různé mechanismy umožňují jejich použití v zahraničí. The thesis is engaged in the cross-border use of public instruments, be it for evidentiary purposes or their enforcement. Although the probative value as well as the enforceability of these instruments is, in principle, established by the state of origin various mechanisms provide for their recognition abroad.
