Co-teaching in trainers work

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with co-teaching in adult education. It aims at linking the pedagogically familiar concept of co-teaching with adult education. The theoretical part introduces the supporting concepts of the thesis, such as co-teaching and trainer. The chapter on co-teaching discusses its models and principles as well as the collaboration and co-teaching relationship that is necessary. The adult education trainer is introduced in the second main chapter. The theoretical part concludes with the connection between co-teaching and adult education. The empirical part is devoted to investigating how the co-teaching of trainers takes place in practice, i.e. in the planning, implementation and evaluation of a learning event. In addition, the research also looks at the relationship between trainers, the roles they play in co-teaching, inspiration and the professional development of trainers through co-teaching. Its results show how the planning of an educational event takes place in tandem, how the trainers communicate, collaborate, form relationships, what conflicts they resolve and how co-teaching enriches them.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá co-teachingom vo vzdelávaní dospelých. Za cieľ si kladie prepojenie pedagogicky známeho pojmu co-teaching s lektorským vzdelávaním dospelých. Teoretická časť približuje nosné pojmy práce, ako sú co-teaching a lektor. Kapitola o co-teachingu sa venuje jeho modelom, princípom a zároveň spolupráci a vzťahom co-učiteľov, ktoré sú pre výkon potrebné. Lektor vzdelávania dospelých je predstavený v druhej nosnej kapitole. Záver teoretickej časti tvorí spojenie co-teachingu a vzdelávania dospelých. Empirická časť sa venuje skúmaniu, ako prebieha co-teaching lektorov v praxi, teda pri plánovaní, realizovaní a hodnotení vzdelávacej akcie. Výskum sa okrem toho zaoberá aj vzťahom lektorov, rolami, ktoré v co-teachingu zastávajú, inšpiráciou a profesijným rozvojom lektorov prostredníctvom co-teachingu. Výsledky približujú, ako prebieha plánovanie vzdelávacej akcie v tandeme, ako lektori spolu komunikujú, spolupracujú, tvoria vzťahy, aké konflikty riešia a akým spôsobom ich co-teaching obohacuje.
