The Management Manner and Informal Relations at Work
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak styl řízení a neformální vztahy na pracovišti ovlivňují klima pracoviště. Práce popisuje jednotlivé styly řízení, způsoby chování manažerů. Dále je pozornost věnována mezilidským vztahům a klimatu pracoviště. Praktická část analyzuje styly vedení vybraných manažerů. Dále je zjišťováno, jaké vztahy panují na vybraných pracovištích.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out, how management style and informal relations affect the workplace climate. Different management styles and behaviors of managers are described in the thesis. Furthermore, attention is paid to interpersonal relations and workplace climate.
