Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení finančního zdraví skupiny malých a středních rodinných podniků z databáze MPO ČR pomocí modelů finanční analýzy. Detailně zkoumá faktory, které ovlivňují finanční stabilitu těchto firem, s důrazem na klíčové ukazatele finanční analýzy. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy a metody pro analýzu. Praktická část analyzuje finanční zdraví podniků pomocí indexu IN05, specifikovaného pro český trh. Podniky jsou kategorizovány jako zdravé, finančně nestabilní a ohrožené. Ze skupiny ohrožených byly vybrány podniky s kompletními daty za roky 2020-2021, které zůstaly ohrožené. Práce také hodnotí historický vývoj v kontextu makroekonomických faktorů a předpovídá budoucí vývoj indexu IN05. V závěru je shrnut vývoj finančního zdraví zkoumaných podniků.

Abstract:

The master's thesis focuses on evaluating the financial health of a group of small and medium-sized family businesses from the MPO ČR database using financial analysis models. It thoroughly examines the factors influencing the financial stability of these companies, emphasizing key financial analysis indicators. The theoretical part defines basic concepts and methods for analysis. The practical section analyzes the financial health of businesses using the IN05 index, specified for the Czech market. Companies are categorized as healthy, financially unstable, and endangered. From the endangered group, businesses with complete data for the years 2020-2021 that remained endangered were selected. The work also evaluates the historical development in the context of macroeconomic factors and predicts the future development of the IN05 index. In conclusion, the development of the financial health of the examined companies is summarized.
