Methodology of legal recovery of receivables in the Organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Metodika právního vymáhání pohledávek v organizaci“, se zaměřuje na možné způsoby vymáhání pohledávek v obchodním sektoru. Zkoumá především metodiku v pozdním stádiu dlužnosti s následným porovnáním vybraných zemí. V praktické části jsou analyzovány a charakterizovány jednotlivé, aktuálně využívané, nástroje vymáhání ve všech fázích dlužnosti klienta v dané Organizaci. Jejich komparací bylo zjištěno, že nejefektivnějším nástrojem v rané fázi dlužnosti je telefonní komunikace s klientem, v pozdní fázi je tzv. Advokátní inkaso. Dle zjištěných závěrů bylo vybraným zemím doporučeno využít některé z nástrojů, kterými by mohli dosáhnout zlepšení výsledků a to i bez dopadu do kapacit útvaru Pozdního vymáhání.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis "Methodology of legal debt collection in the organization",focuses on possible ways of debt collection in the business sector. It mainly examines the methodology in the late stage of indebtedness with a subsequent comparison of selected countries. In the practical part, the individual, currently used, tools of enforcement in all phases of the client's indebtedness in the given Organization are analyzed and characterized. Their comparison showed that the most effective tool in the early phase of debt is telephone communication with the client, in the late phase is the so-called lawyer collection. According to the findings, the selected countries were recommended to use some of the tools that could improve the results, even without impacting the capacity of the Late Enforcement Department.
