Physiotherapy of elder patients after the fracture of the proximal end the thighbone

Abstract:

V této práci se zabývám problematikou zlomenin proximálního konce femuru, které postihují zejména biologicky staré lidi. Na tuto oblast jsem se zaměřila z důvodu častého výskytu těchto zlomenin a pro mou praxi na traumatologickém oddělení. V obecné části popisuji anatomii, funkci dolní končetiny v oblasti kyčelního až kolenního kloubu, a zlomeniny v obecném pojetí. Speciální část cílím na příčiny, možnosti léčby, rehabilitační postupy a fyzioterapeutické metody. Kasuistika je poslední částí, ve které uvádím zpracované údaje o pacientce, se kterou jsem spolupracovala. Mou prací bych chtěla veřejnosti osvětlit problematiku zlomenin krčku femuru.

Abstract:

In this work I solve problems about fractures of the proximal end the thighbone, which damage especially biologically old people. I am for its matter subjekt for many times frequency these fractures and for my experience in the traumatology ward. In a general part I write about anatomy anf function lower extremities from hip point to knee joint and fractures in general conception. A special part I am at to couses, ways therapy, rehabilatation praktices and physiotheray methods. A finish part of my work is a casuistry and we found here a date about a patient which I cooperate. I would (of) my work exemplife to public problems of the fractures of the proximal end of the tight bone.
