Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou těžkého ublížení na zdraví. Cílem této práce je podat kompletní rozbor tohoto trestného činu a komparace s jinými trestnými činy proti životu a zdraví, ublížení na zdraví a vraždy. Poslední část této práce je věnována německá právní úpravě a porovnání s českou právní úpravou.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the legislation of grievous bodily harm. The purpose of this work is to provide a complete analysis of this crime and comparison with the other crimes against life and health, actual bodily harm and murder. The final part of this thesis is devoted to the German legislation of the criminal act grievous bodily harm and its comparison with the Czech legislation.
