Cílem této práce je analyzovat interkulturní kompetence u současných zaměstnanců středisek pro volný čas dětí a mládeže ve městě Orlová, konkrétně pak vztahy mezi nimi, vzhledem k jejich pracovnímu zařazení a věku. The aim of this thesis is to analyze intecultural competence at current employees of the kid´s and teen-ager´s free time centres in the Orlova city, specificially, the realitonships between competencies, due to their grades and their age.
