Diplomová práce na základě poznatků fiskální decentralizace analyzuje hospodaření krajů České republiky v letech 2012 až 2017. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. The diploma thesis, based on knowledge of fiscal decentralization, analyzes the economics of regions of the Czech Republic in the years 2012 to 2017.
