Abstract:
Práce je věnována problematice živnostenského podnikání v České republice se zaměřením na Obecní živnostenský úřad Magistrátu města Pardubic. Postihuje organizační strukturu tohoto úřadu a dále se zabývá živnostenským zákonem, základními pojmy a důležitými ustanoveními. Popisuje podmínky a náležitosti pro vznik živnostenského oprávnění jednotlivých druhů subjektů, a to fyzických i právnických.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with an issue of commercial activities in the Czech Republic with a view to Trade Licensing Office of Municipality of Pardubice. It focuses on organizational structure of this office and Trade Licencing act, basic terms and important regulations. It describes conditions and notofications for trade authorization of particular entity types, both natural persons and legal persons.
