Managerial decision in practice - acquirements, management tools and styles of decision making

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou manažerského rozhodování, která je v praktické části aplikovaná formou dotazníku na společnost Pražská teplárenská a.s. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem management, zabývá se stupni managementu a popisuje manažerské funkce. Tato část obsahuje i metodologii použitou v praktické části. Druhá část charakterizuje společnost Pražská teplárenská a.s., popisuje její historii, vedení, dceřinné společnosti a ekonomické výsledky. Část třetí, analytická, popisuje respondenty a strukturu dotazníku. Její největší část se zabývá výsledky dotazníku a shrnuje je.

Abstract:

This work deals with questions of managerial decision. It is put in practice through list of questions. The guestionary has been given to employees of Pražská teplárenská a.s. The theoretical part defines the concept of management in general, deals with stages of management and describes management functions. This chapter includes also the methodology used in practical part.The second part distinguished Pražská teplárenská a.s. company, describes it's history, leadership, subsidiary companies and economic results. The third part, analytical, desribes informants and the structure of the questionary. It's biggest part deals with results of the questionary and summarise them.
