Significance of microRNAs in molecular pathology of renal cell carcinoma
Abstract:
In our study, we collected group of 38 patients with localized or locally advanced clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (included 38 malignant tissue samples and 10 kidney tissue samples). We isolated miRNA in required quantity and quality. Abstract:
Vytvorili sme súbor 38 pacientov s lokalizovaným alebo lokálne pokročilým svetlobunečným karcinómom (z nich 38 vzoriek tumoru, 10 vzoriek obličkového parenchýmu). Vyizolovali sme miRNA v potrebnom množstve a kvalite. Pomocou metódy Real-Time PCR sme získali hladiny expresie vybraných miRNA (miRNA-155, miRNA-141, miRNA-210, miRNA-200b, miRNA-200c, miRNA-106a, miRNA-106b, miRNA-182) u všetkých 48 študovaných …more
