Předmětem diplomové práce „Management rizik v oblasti akvizic a fúzí“ je zjištění hlavních problémů, kterým společnosti čelí v důsledku fúze nebo akvizice. Pozornost je věnována faktorům, které mají schopnost pozitivně či negativně ovlivnit výsledek celé transakce a způsobu měření úspěchu a jeho vliv na posouzení transakce jako úspěšné či neúspěšné.
