Cílem diplomové práce je analýza vlivu vybraných lobbyistických skupin na konrétním příkladě přijetí Směrnice o službách z komparativního hlediska. Pozornost je věnována především požadavkům, jaké lobbyistické skupiny kladly na přepracování směrnice a do jaké míry byly tyto požadavky zohledněny. The aim of this diploma work is an analysis of influence of lobby on adoption of the Services Directive from the comparative point of view. The main attention is focused on requirements introduced by chosen lobby groups in relation to its rewriting and to which extent were these requirements taken into account.
