Teachers Motivations to Use Education Programs of Cultural Institution.

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit motivace učitelů základních škol k využívání edukačních programů kulturních institucí organizovaných pro školní skupiny. Zajímají mne pozitivní i negativní zkušenosti učitelů s uvedenými programy. Práce je složená z teoretické a empirické části. Teoretická část je věnována vztahu mezi školním vzděláváním a vzdělávacími aktivitami kulturních institucí (muzea, galerie, památníky, přírodní lokality atd,). V teoretické části je popsán vývoj edukačních programů uvedených institucí v České republice i v zahraničí. Teoretická část se také věnuje výzkumům souvisejících s uvedeným tématem provedených v České republice i v zahraničí. Empirická část je složená ze dvou částí – kvantitativního i kvalitativního šetření. První část výzkumu mapuje zájem škol o edukační programy a způsoby nabídky programů školám. Druhá část šetření je zacílená na zkušenosti učitelů s edukačními programy, jejich pozitivními i negativními zkušenostmi.

Abstract:

The thesis aims to determine the motivation of primary school teachers to use educational programmes of cultural institutions organized for school groups. I am interested in both positive and negative experience of teachers with these programs. The thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with the relationship between school education and educational activities of museums and galleries, describing the development of educational programmes of cultural institutions in the Czech Republic and abroad. It includes researches related to the topic carried out the Czech Republic and abroad. The empirical part consists of two parts – a quantitative survey and a qualitative survey. The first part of the research maps the interest of schools in educational programmes and the means of offering the programmes to schools. The second part of the survey focuses on the positive and the negative experience of the teachers with the educational programs.
