Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojovými trendy lisů využívaných ve vinařství. Práce stručně shrnuje počátky a principy lisování a dále jednotlivé kategorie lisů užívaných vinaři. The bachelor thesis deals with the development trends of presses used in viticulture. The paper briefly summarizes the early stages and principles of pressing and the individual categories of presses used by winemakers.
