Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá způsoby komunikace mezi klienty Domova pro seniory Luna v Havířově a pracovníky zdravotního úseku DS Luna v Havířově. Cílem je zmapovat nejvhodnější způsoby komunikace s klienty postiženými různými typy demencí. - délka praxe a využívání komunikačních metod - komunikační dovednosti - přínos dalšího profesního vzdělávání - efektivní metody komunikace

This thesis deals with methods of communication between clients of nursing home Luna in Havířov and health Professionals from DS Luna in Havířov.
