Creation of a career web of a larger company
Abstract:
Teoretická část této bakalářské práce se věnuje problematice tvorby kariérních stránek větší společnosti. První kapitola obsahuje zasazení kariérních stránek do náboru nových zaměstnanců, druhá teoretická kapitola se věnuje samotné tvorbě webu. V praktické části se tato práce zaměřuje na aplikaci teoretických poznatků při tvorbě nových kariérních stránek České spořitelny.
Abstract:
The theoretical part of this thesis is dedicated to the redesign of career web of a larger company. The first chapter contains a link of career pages to recruitment, the second theoretical chapter is devoted to the creation of a website. The practical part focuses on the application of theoretical knowledge in the creation of new career site Czech Savings Bank.
