Diplomová práce se zabývá možností použití rozhodčích doložek ve smlouvách o nájmu bytu. Vychází ze skutečnosti, že nájemce se v nájemním vztahu nachází v různém právním postavení. S limity pro použití rozhodčích doložek ve smlouvách o nájmu bytu se setkáme pouze v případě, že nájemce je zároveň spotřebitelem. Abstract:
The thesis deals with possibility of using arbitration clauses in the residential tenancy agreements. It is focused on the fact that tenant should be in the position of consumer and then the protection before abusing arbitration clauses is provided.
