V práci jsou na základě teoretických poznatků o řízení pohledávek zpracovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Použitou metodou jsou statistické a komparativní metody, které umožní rozlišit stav systému řízení pohledávek v různých podmínkách, zjistit určité závislosti mezi jevy a formulovat možné příčiny. The thesis deals with the questionnaire results based on the theoretical knowledge of receivables management. Statistic and comparative methods are used in this work. These methods help to distinguish the state of receivables management system in different conditions as well as to determine certain dependence between phenomena and formulation of the possible causes.
