Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá stářím a procesem stárnutí. Cílem práce je nastínitaspekty tohoto procesu s ohledem na zachování důstojnosti všech zúčastněných osob –stárnoucích lidí, jejich rodin a okolí. V práci je několik pohledů na proces stárnutí. Úspěšnýproces stárnutí mohou ovlivnit nejen senioři, ale i jejich rodiny, sociální prostředí a celáspolečnost. Výzkum v praktické části má formu rozhovorů a pozorování a zaměřuje se nasubjektivní vnímání spokojenosti se způsobem a prostředím stravování seniorů v pobytovémzařízení.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with old age and ageing process. The aim of the work is to outlinethe aspects of this process with regard to maintain the dignity of all involved people - ageingpeople, their families and surroundings. In the work there are several views on the processof ageing. The successful process of ageing can be affected not only by seniors but also bytheir families, social environment and the whole society. The research in the practical parthas the form of interviews and observations and focuses on the subjective perception ofsatisfaction with the way and environment of meals for seniors in the residential facility.
