První výstava umělecké skupiny Tvrdohlaví se uskutečnila na sklonku roku 1987 a byla významnou a svého druhu jedinečnou událostí na uměleckém poli 2. poloviny 80. let 20. století v tehdejším Československu. The first exhibition of the art group The Hardheads took place at the end of 1987 and was important and kind of unique event in the art field in the second half of the Eightieth in the twentieth century in then Czechoslovakia.
