Modeling macroeconomic asymmetries in housing market
Abstract:
Cílem práce je identifikovat reakci makroekonomických veličin na šok v preferencích bydlení, který má za následek změnu cen nemovitostí. Z toho důvodu je zvolen středně velký model dynamické stochastické všeobecné rovnováhy s trhem nemovitostí, kde figuruje nemovitost jako zástava pro úvěr. Do modelu je navíc zahrnuto úvěrové omezení. Abstract:
The thesis aims to identify the reaction of macroeconomic variables on housing preference shock causing a change in house prices. A medium-scale dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model with the housing sector is chosen to achieve this goal. Housing is considered collateral for the loan.
