Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit aktuální stav age managementu ve vybraném podniku. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to find out the current state of age management in a selected company. The theoretical part with the help of literary research explains the concepts associated with age management, demographic aging, management styles, stereotypes and prejudices associated with all age categories in the workplace.
