The Witness in the Criminal Proceedings
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřená na postavení svědka v trestním řízení. Popisuje tedy jeho práva a povinnosti, včetně následků vyplývajících z porušení těchto povinností. Část práce je také věnována výslechu a možnostem ochrany svědka.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the role of a witness in the criminal proceedings. It describes rights and obligations of a witness, and consequences of breaching of these obligations. Other part of this thesis is focused on interrogation and witness protection.
