Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice zajišťování bezpečnosti na území měst a obcí, jež spadá do jejich samostatné působnosti. The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the issue of ensuring security in the territory of cities and municipalities, which falls under the separate competence of regional territorial units.
