Analysis of the Purchasing Decision Process

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou procesu kupního rozhodování. Věnuje pozornost nákupnímu chování zákazníků a jejich spotřebitelským zvyklostem. Teoretická část popisuje, jaké faktory mají vliv na rozhodování zákazníka, a pokládá otázku, co zákazníky motivuje k uskutečnění nákupu. Významná pozornost je věnována kvalitě potravin v ČR a souvisejícím změnám nákupních zvyklostí zákazníků při rozhodování o nákupu potravin. S těmito změnami je spjat i rozvoj farmářských trhů v ČR, kterými se zabývá jak praktická, tak i teoretická část diplomové práce. V praktické části je rozebrán konkrétní farmářský trh na náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad na Praze 3. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit typického zákazníka farmářského trhu a popsat nákupní proces zákazníků, kteří navštěvují tento farmářský trh. V práci je ke sběru empirických dat použito dotazníkové šetření, individuální rozhovor a metoda analýzy dostupných informací z tištěných publikací a internetu.

Abstract:

This thesis analyzes the process of purchasing decisions. It focuses on the customer shopping behavior and consumer habits. The theoretical part describes what factors influence the purchasing decision and aims to answer the question, what the influencing factors are. Significant attention is paid to the food quality in the Czech Republic and related changes in shopping habits of customers during food purchase decision. These changes are linked to the development of farmers' markets in the Czech Republic, which is elaborated in both the practical and the theoretical part of the thesis. In the practical part, the analysis of the specific farmer's market on the square George of Podebrad in Prague 3 is provided. The main goal of this work is to determine typical customer Farmer's Market, and describe the buying process of customers who visit the farmer's market. The work collects empirical data through used questionnaires, individual interviews and method of analysis of available information from printed publications and the Internet.
